Board Moderator Needed

Do you enjoy visiting forums and helping others out? Do you enjoy working on the computer? Well, Remembrance Book is looking for you. We are in search of a moderator for our forum and message board.

This is a volunteer position and you will need to have the time and energy needed to successfully moderate the board. Here is an overview of the moderator’s responsibilities:
·Visit the message board frequently.
·Help answer as many posted questions as possible. This may mean sometimes “hunting” for the answers.
·Post new questions and topics for discussion.
·Delete or “prune” spam and/or inappropriate messages. You will be given a high level of access to the board and will delete messages posted by spammers.
·Have basic Internet skills. Learning how the message board operates so you can help new and existing members.

We are currently looking for one moderator. We hope that as the new board grows and gains popularity, that future moderators will be needed. Remember, this is a volunteer position and we are looking for someone who is willing to invest the time and energy needed to make the forum become a premier online community.

Thank you for your interest Emdat. Yes we are still looking for help running and moderating the board. However we are looking for individuals who can bring some value to the board by writing good content with keyword rich messages and articles, as well as helping out members and moderating spam. Posting 41 rapid messages in your first evening as a member did nothing to help the board and was disrespectful to the members whose threads you posted them in.

I am new to the boards. Once I get myself acclimated I would love to help out. My mother just passed away on the 8th on November. Through her dying she is living on. My intellectual mind knows this. The grief process will run it's course.
